MECHANICAL PRODUCT MODULAR BENEFIT EVALUATION ANALYSIS

摘要：

　　How to evaluate the benefits of modular product for enterprises is a fundamental problem for modular product design.In this paper,a comprehensive evaluation approach for mechanical products is put forward to solve the problem.The evaluation indicator system including the enterprise reaction time,quality,cost,customer satisfaction and environmental friendliness is studied in details.Whats more,a universal benefit evaluation support system is developed,which can be customized according to different products.Finally a practical case is provided to validate this proposed algorithm,and the result shows that the modular design benefit evaluation method and system are feasible and effective.
