ACTIVITY-BASED CONSUMPTION CALCULATION MODEL OF SAND CASTING PROCESS

　　Casting enterprise with huge energy consumption has a large potential for energy saving.To calculate energy consumption of casting process,an activity-based Consumption calculation method was proposed by using the thinking of activity-based.The feature and working time of casting process were analyzed; the model of process activity was built.The relationship between process activity and devices was researched.The relationship model of process activity was built on the basis of Petri net method,and the activity relationship was presented to describe the relationship between process activity and device,resource consumption in the proposed model.Then the consumption calculation model of process activity was established.These studies were applied into casting molding department,and analyze and calculate the energy consumption of process activity.An example demonstrates the validity of the proposed methodology.
