A New AVS Loop-filtering Fast Algorithm

摘要：

　　To reduce the complexity of AVS loop-filtering algorithm,this paper proposes a new AVS loop-filtering fast algorithm based on boundary flatness on the basis of deep analysis to AVS loop-filtering algorithm.Comparing with loop-filtering datum algorithm,the time of s loop-filtering algorithm can reduce 53.69% on average,which can efficiently decrease the computational number of loop-filtering algorithm and improve coding speed on average PSNR decreasing 0.01 ldB to the video sequences with different motion characteristics.
