On-line monitoring system for process parameters of nickel smelting

摘要：

　　Based on the nickel smelting process in the smeltery of a corporation,a real time monitoring system of process parameters acquisition is developed,which makes full use of the choice of equipment,the telecommunication technique of PLC,and the data processing technique to carry on display of the technological parameters,data communication,alarm of demarcation line and tendency analysis etc.The system provides an efficient monitoring and analyzing in the production process for management and operation personnel and enhances the management level of modernization.
