Influence of Chamfer size on the Two-side Direction Burr Formed in Grinding-hardening Machine

摘要：

　　Based on the orthogonal experiment,this paper studied the influences of chamfer size on the two-side direction burr in grinding-hardening machine.The results show that:chamfer height size affected the two-side direction burrs size significantly and the influence of chamfer degree α is general.On this experimental condition,it should adopted grinding parameter ap=0.2mm,vw=0.2m/min,the chamfer height h=1.0mm and chamfer degree α=20° to reduce the two-side direction burrs size effectively and decrease the workload of removing burr.
