Application of PLC in Intelligent Control of Heating Pipe Network

摘要：

　　The traditional heating system just controls the heat source by the PLC,but it dose not control the heating pipe.so it can not solve the problem that it is hot near the heat source but cold when far away from it.The problem of pipe network imbalance also can not be solved.To solve these problems,we design an intelligent control system of pipe network,which combine the traditional heating control system to realize saving energy.This paper introduces the design thought of the application of Siemens programmable controller in heating pipe network,and elaborate on the hardware design and the software programmable of the control system.The actual system operation shows that the remote monitoring system of heating pipe network based on Siemens PLC is high reliability and high stability,and the effect in energy saving is remarkable.
