Reliable sample and order-based repeatable analysis of Unstable signal of Automobile Transmission
A system that can control the unstable running process of automobile transmission repeatedly and sample the signal consistently is designed,the unstable signal of automobile transmission with changing rotate speed is sampled by this system,and analyzed by the method of order to ascertain the best test position corresponding to the speed,then the systems repeatability of test is identified.The results of experiment and analysis show that the system can control the repeatable execution of unstable running process of automobile transmission stably,so the problem of repeatable test of unstable running process is well solved,and that the unstable signal of automobile transmission is analyzed by order and the information of mesh order is extracted effectively,and the analytical effect is clear and stable.
