The study on electro-hydraulic servo system nonlinear control and robustness

  The nonlinear model of electro-hydraulic servo system is discussed,which makes the systems nonlinear model precise linearization.The influence of the spring stiffness,moment of inertia and viscous coefficient,servo valve preliminary open volume on robustness is discussed.
