Study on the Optimization of the Autolytic Conditions of Grifola frondosa Fermented Mycelium
This Liquid submerged fermentation method was applied to culture the Grifola frondosa mycelium and the effects of temperature,pH and inorganic salts on the autolysis of fresh Grifola frondosa mycelium were examined.The single-factor experiment and orthogonal design were used to optimize the autolytic conditions.The results showed that the optimal conditions for the mycelium autolysis were 50℃,pH5.0,0.05% MgSO4 and 0.1% CaCO3.This research provides the basis for further investigation of the Grifola frondosa mycelium autolysis mechanism.
