Experimental Research on NC Electrochemical Grinding for Ruled surface of Integral Impeller

  Due to the complex curved surface of the impeller,so its difficult to be processed with the common mechanical grinding.Now using the method of Electrochemical Grinding to processing the ruled surface of Integral impeller,Through the test to process parameters,and optimize it with the orthogonal experiment,from that the optimal parameters can be got,and this paper having discussed the influence of the speed of processing in material remove,that is with the feeding speed increases,the material remove decreases,and when the feeding speed is higher than a certain value,the material remove become a certain value.Finally the law of grinding machining the ruled surface was got.
