The methods of three dimensional scanning technology surveying and mapping of Chinese traditional furniture
This paper puts forward the basic principles and contents of surveying and mapping of Chinese traditional furniture.Through research and physical test,it proposed the methods and surveying and mapping processes of three dimensional scanning surveying and mapping.So that the technology of furnitures surveying and mapping,protection,production and design has been further improved,thus making traditional furniture culture and modern advanced manufacturing technology spread and develop better.Chinese ancient furniture was always used pure manual carving,large number of pattern styles were saved in the minds of artisans,which were taught from mouth to mouth 1,and needed to be inherited by scientific and systematic graphic finishing; in addition,in current furniture processing production,the practice to copy existing traditional decorative elements is far from being able to meet the massive needs of the market and the aesthetic needs of modern life.The lack of furniture database and effective management of the data make design efficiency slow,which has also been obviously not suitable for industry competition of modern furniture design and the needs on effectiveness by industrialized production.With the rapid development rapid development of digital measurement technology,using the scan of non-contact measurement method to make user get the required date in very short time,greatly shortening surveying and mapping time,thus having more selections and methods on the record of traditional furniture decoration.However,these technologies are currently used in the areas of die design,reverse engineering,quality detection and control,and medical measurement and so on.Currently,it is urgent to apply these technologies to the links of surveying and mapping,recording and digitization of traditional furniture,so as to greatly reduce the digital process and time of decorative elements,improve efficiency,reduce the workload,thus laying the foundation for the establishment of scientific data management system 2.Based on the above reasons,I and research team have studied surveying and mapping of traditional furniture and proposed the fundamental principles of surveying and mapping.By means of physical test,we organized the tools,methods and surveying and mapping processes of three dimensional scanning surveying and mapping.
