A New Design Method of the Milling Machine Headstock Based on Frequency Converter Technology

　　After discuss how to select frequency range and design speed diagram,a new kind of milling machine headstock is proposed in this paper.The design of the frequency converter is discussed as well.The hardware of frequency converter contains main circuit and control circuit.Main circuit includes rectifier and inverter.Control circuit is made up of single-chip microcomputer and specific integrated circuit.In the new kind of milling machine,the spindle box is simplified at the same time.
