The portable highway secondary prevention of accidents warning device
Aiming at the application requirements of this over-speed warning system for preventing the secondary accidents on expressway,this study has conducted certain researches on vehicle speed detection,license plate recognition,and wireless warning techniques.Through settling certain key technologies as over-speed vehicle recognition and license plate recognition based on video tracking,this study would accomplish the portable over-speed warning system model used on expressway and provide technical support for the prevention of secondary accidents on expressway.
