公益旅游与贫困乡村发展关系初探
Volunteer element and form of organization are the important properties of voluntourism,a kind of alternative tourism.In China,the practice of voluntourism is closely connected with the public benefit goal of promoting poor rural development.Compared with the PPT strategy,because of the volunteers motive,goal of public welfare,demand orientation of tourist market,and involvement of NGOs,voluntourism can avoid the disadvantages of PPT to a large extent,thus more beneficial to promoting poor rural development.But meanwhile,the problems of poor groundings in volunteers,imperfect commonweal notion and lack of NGOs may restrict the further development of voluntourism in China.
