The Conception of Tourism Emergency Cooperation Mechanism for Four-regions of China across the Straits
With the share of Four-regions of China across the Straits’s tourist market,the number of travel between them has grown rapidly.However,it also brings a variety of intricate accidents which highlight the unstable situation of tourism safety and security.Thus,it is imperative to construct Four-regions of China across the Straits tourism emergency response cooperative mechanisms.The research is analyzing the features and general patterns of the tourism emergencie s between Four-regions of China across the Straits.It also explores into the bases of the emergency cooperation between the the Four-regions of China across the Straits from sociocultural environment,legal and regulatory systems,Emergency response regulators,e mergency handling mechanism,emergency response and guarantee system.The research proposes the Four-regions of China across the Straits should base on the principle of following the proper sequence and cooperating for win-win game.The tourism emergency cooperation mechanism sho uld be constructed on both government and enterprise.This paper also explores the mechanism of the effective realization: to establish tourist emergency joint meeting,construction tourist emergency information disposal platform,compilation tourism emergency plan and carry out emergency drill,as well as the implementation of tourism safety joint inspection,etc.
