On the internalization of ecological costs in the energy exploitation in China
Energy plays an indispensable role in the development of human beings,however,in recent years; the energy development is caught in the trap of unsustainable development resulting from a series of problems including irrational energy structure,high ratio of traditional energy,severe pollution,and difficult exploitation of new energy as well as troubled further development.This thesis,based on the discussion about the necessity of internalization of ecological costs,proposes the measure of a combination of direct control and indirect control to accelerate the internalization of ecological costs.
