Research on reasonable flow pressure of beam pumped wells based on the highest system efficiency
Finding out the reasonable flow pressure of the beam pumped well is an important scientific subject in petroleum engineering and oil reservoir engineering.This paper presents a simulation method about finding out the reasonable flow pressure of beam pumped well with the bighest system efficiency as an evaluation index.The method comprises of five simulating models.They are simulating model for beam pumped wells effective power based on multiphase pipeline flow,simulating model for the input power of the motor based on rod strings axial vibration and the polished rod indicator diagram,simulating model for the functional relationships among system efficiency,flow pressure,oil reservoir parameters and swabbing parameters,simulating model for systern efficiencys extremum under certain flow pressure and simulating model for the relationships between system efficiencys extremum and flow pressure.Moreover,the author has developed the corresponding programms.The simulating results show that flow pressure has great influence on the system efficiency of the beam pumped well and the system efficiency can be improved by optimizing flow pressure; the oil reservoir parameters,such as water content ratio,the ratio of gas and oil and saturation pressure are the major factors affecting the reasonable flow pressure.
