The thermal performance of PCM energy storage materials in electronic thermal control
In electronic cooling applications,temperature stabilization requirement typically range from near ambient (20℃) up to (100℃).According this require,has a DSC test of several materials which the phase change temperature in this range.Acquire one as the best phase change material.And the simulations of absorption and cooling process of its pure material and joined graphite foam in both cases,indicate that the graphite foam greatly improves the materials absorption cooling efficiency,and reduces the impact of natural convection,which can ensure the timely cooling of electronic component and good control over its operating temperature to achieve a great energy storage effect.
