Policy and legal analysis of development of Chinas low carbon buildings

摘要：

　　The energy consumption of the construction industry is a major source of greenhouse gases,while the construction industry is one that have faster positive effects to save energy.To fulfill the goal of energy-saving and emission reduction,Chinas construction industry has follow low carbon and energy conservation.Construction of low-carbon development is inseparable from strong policy support and legal protection.Chinas low-carbon construction policy and legal system are still in infancy at present,few specialized legislation,low hierarchy of most specifically norms,and not concentrated.It need to be further improved and integrated based on the national situation,as well as experience from the advanced foreign countries.
