Simulation of continuous production in horizontal planetary ball mill

  A self-designed horizontal planetary ball mill was employed to study the influence of grinding time to production and yield ratio,total energy consumption of equipment,and energy consumption of available powder,while the revolution speed was 300 r/min,the centrifugal acceleration was 14 G and the ratio of rotation-to-revolution speed was 3.The results showed that the yield ratio of available powder,i.e.the feeding rate of continuous production per minute,was 32.9% of filling rate; the total energy consumption of equipment in 10 min was 196.53 KJ,while the energy consumption of available powder was 14.6% of it.
