Research of thermodynamic calculation for boiler bended with blast furnace gas

  In order to improve a 300 MW power plants blending ratio of Blast Furnace Gas (BFG).Based on thermodynamic calculation of the mixed fuel combustion,we separately calculated the influences of different coals and different blending ratio of BFG on the theoretical combustion temperature,fumace outlet gas temperature,density of fly ash,exhausted gas temperature,boiler efficiency and so on.Result shows that with the blending ratio of BFG increasing the boiler efficiency decreases.Where as,the exhausted gas temperature increases.When combusting the coal NO.1 with the blending ratio of BFG 20%,the exhausted gas temperature increases by 25℃ and the boiler efficiency decreases by 2.07%; When combusting the coal NO.2 with the blending ratio of BFG 20%,the exhausted gas temperature increases by 33℃ and the boiler efficiency decreases by 2.75%.
