The treatment of newsprint deinking wastewater using electro-sorption technology
In this paper,the newsprint deinking wastewater was treated by dectric adsorption technology.The optimum condition of treatment deinking waste water in dealing with voltage of 20 volts DC,water flow rate of 200 ml/minute and the appropriate processing time is 120 minutes.The conductivity of deinking waste water was lowered to 740 μs/cm (25 ℃) from 3000 μs/cm (25 ℃) which meet the requirements of water usage under these conditions.The chroma turbidity decreased to varying degrees with 45.4% reduction in turbidity and chromaticity decreased by 64.6%.BOD5 and CODcr were reduced by 37.4% and 41.4%,32.6% reduction.
