Existence of equilibrium point for impulsive stochastic neural networks with mixed delays

摘要：

　　This paper studies existence of equilibrium point for stochastic neural networks with time-varying delays and distributed delays under nonlinear impulsive perturbations.Based on definition of homeomorphism and inequality technology,the conditions of existence are derived.
