Experimental study and theoretical analysis on flame characteristic of blast burner combustion with oxygen-enriched

  Using blast burner on the study of the LPG oxygen-enriched combustion,and composed the experimental platform with flame burning test device and oxygen-enriched supplying system.By this platform,through experiment,the temperature region,flame length,angle etc,changed as below when oxygen concentration was between 21% to 30%.The length shortened 16.7%,the angle of flame entrance increased,flame temperature gradient increased,the highest flame temperature improved by 24.8%,flame intensity increased.Analyzing by combustion theory,burning speed increased linearly with the increasing of oxygen concentration,and the combustion region decreased.Theoretical analysis and the experimental result were uniform.
