Influence of wind farms wind conditions on wind turbines flicker
Power quality which hinders the development of large-scale wind power is one of the main factors.Flicker is one important indicator of power quality measurement.According to International Electrotechnical Commission standards IEC61400-21 and national standards GB/T12326-2008,wind flicker calculation of one wind unit operating was derived,the simulation was built by Bladed software,the modes were set up by taking the linear method,nonlinear method and BP neural network,the mapping of wind farms wind conditions and flicker was established.It is proved that flicker synchronous grows with wind speed and turbulence intensity,and the error of BP neural network model is the smallest.
