The research on benefits sharing model of efficiency power plant

摘要：

　　The development of Efficiency Power Plant is an important measure to achieve the emission reduction targets in the twelfth Five-Year Plan.But,as a new energy-saving mode,many troubles have to be dealt with.Benefit sharing is a key premise to build EPP for a business.Paper synthesized all aspects of risk factors in the implementation of EPP and constructed benefits sharing model,and proved its feasibility and accuracy through empirical analysis.
