Study on coal town land development law in Chinas Heilongjiang province based on resource exhaustion
At present,the coal town land formation law is coal town planning research important one of coal town planning,representing the future development direction.This paper it is in this context,this paper discusses Heilongjiang coal town land formation law the necessity and feasibility of seeking guidance,coal town space health,sustainable development path.The article discusses and analyzes Heilongjiang coal town periodic law,space evolution rule,population growth rule and urbanization pattern of cold to coal town planning land development law provide certain reference for the study.
