The investigation of establishing assessment index system in water environment sudden pollution emergency

摘要：

　　The emergency assessment is the fundamental part of the emergency in water environment sudden pollution.Establishing emergency assessment index system is the important part of the emergency assessment.The assessment index system in water environment sudden pollution emergency includes 6 first grade indexes,28 second grade indexes and 66 third grade indexes.By analyzing the first grade index weights in the water environment sudden pollution emergency and the result shows that the emergency response occupies in the most important position,and the weight is 0.3583.
