Analysis on the development strategy China regional new energy industry
This paper first has a retrospect on Chinas new energy industry development during the 11 th five-year plan period,on the foundation of this,it analyzes the key factors affecting the industry development,and puts forward some guaranteed measure suggestions to the future new energy industry development.Besides,local governments and communities also need to take a series of safeguard measures to ensure smooth upgrade of local new energy industry by unremittingly deepening systematic construction,cultivating regional innovation network and the innovation system,strengthening the professional talents cultivation etc.
