The hazard study of toxic gas in the fire smoke
The mechanism of fire accident in the chemical company is very complex with many risk factors,and the consequence of the accident is usually very serious.A large number of study data suggests that,the asphyxiating or toxic flue gas formed under the conditions of the fire burning has become the main reason leading to the death of the presence of personal.This paper takes the dichloropropane tank area in a chemical company for an example,and adopts the fire simulation software FDS to make numerical simulation for the pool fire in the dichloropropane tank.The variation of the flue gas in the combustion process of pool fire is obtained from the simulation.And then the effect and harm of the main toxic and harmful gas carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide and hydrogen chloride on the human health and environment in the scene of pool fire is analyzed.For the peoples health,the toxic and harmful gas can make great impact,such as dizziness,weakness of four limbs,more seriously it can cause some diseases,even it brings death.For the surrounding environment and even the whole environment of the area,it also has a great effect.
