Design and research of the flesh corn peeling machines roller

　　The peeling roller which is the key components of the corn peeling machine was given an innovative design.Each pair of peeling rollers is composed by a metal roller and a rubber roller.There is spiral metal band on the surface of the metal peeling roller.On the recessed portion,many wood stoppers on which fixed person shaped pierce leaves teeth on the metal peeling roller.Rubber peeling rollers work area is divided into two parts.Spirally arranged pattern rod peeling tooth are on the feed side of the peeling roller.On the discharge side of the peeling miler are inclined ladder shaped rubber bulges.This kind of peeling device is suitable for the high and bract tight fresh edible corn in humidity.
