As the concept of product development and innovation is grabbing more attention from the public,many countries are taking it as a method of enriching the nation and strengthening the people,and corporations think it as the most powerful way of enhancing their core competency.Today with the market competition getting fiercer than ever,those roles,possess an insight for markets demands instantly,seize first market opportunities and take accurate orientation of design,have an incredible importance for the enterprise to win market share and obtain excess profits.Therefore,in order to lead the market trends and stimulate market consumption its important to conduct a study on the lifestyle of customers,know the specific and substantial needs for target consumers group,and develop products meeting their needs.The concept of lifestyle has been gradually applied to the development and innovative design of products,and in the long run,the research on the lifestyle model will be helpful to find a new direction for product innovation.This article offers an analysis of the new trends in product development and innovation through study on the lifestyle model of consumers,and discusses the guiding meaning of lifestyle provided in product developing and innovating process.
