Numerical analysis of the directly buried heating supply horizontal elbow stress under different angles
In studying DN1000 directly buried heating horizontal elbow,numerical simulation method was used to analyze the law of stress change of the angle elbow (40°~110°) under the conditions of same pressure load,temperature load,and curvature radius.The result showed neutral lines parts in both top and bottom of the elbow had the largest stress after the pipe was exerted displacement load,pressure load,and temperature load.Besides,with the increase of the adjacent supplementary angle,the stress gradually decreased; for large-diameter buried elbow,when using angle for natural compensation,the degree of angle can range from 70° to 110°.The result of elastic flexure resistance hinge analysis was conservative and the potential of the elbow cannot be tapped.
