Optimization and simulation of groups discussing based on immune genetic algorithm

　　Researching the characteristics of decision-making for the water resource system under hwme and build a group decision making model of water resource allocation.Analyze the main particularity of water resource allocation.Getting the optimum configuration mode program and simulation calculation the process of multi-stage group decision-making by combined with the WAA operators and immune genetic algorithm.
