Community structure of methanotrophs under wetland evolution of WuLiangSuHai lake by T-RFLP analysis
The aim of this study was to investigate community composition and diversity of Methanotrophs and their relationship with soil environmental variables under wetland evolution of WuLiangSuHai lake.Terminal Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism was explored. As a result, the diversity and evenness index fluctuated from the sample S 1 to S5 with high→low→high→low→high trend, and pH value was most closely related to the shift of Methanotrophs community structure (correlation coefficient,0.7052); the combination of total phosphorus and pH value was closely related to the shift of Methanotrophs community structure (correlation coefficient,0.6565).Methanotrophs community structure changed along with gradient under wetland evolution,Methanotrophs adapted the terrestrial environment from the aquatic environment.
