Evaluation on the efficiency of regional carbon emissions based on non-radial DEA model

　　Global warming,which is affecting the economic and social development profoundly,is increasingly becoming the focus of our attention.Reducing greenhouse gas emissions has been a problem to be solved immediately.This article made an analysis of carbon emission efficiency and the factors by way of related models.It aims to improve the efficiency of carbon emissions and provide effective recommendations on Low-carbon economy and its trading system.First of all,it measured the static efficiency of carbon emissions in China from 1995 to 2009 through on-radial DEA model,and make the analysis of the dynamic level.
