Transfer Printing method for Polarized OLED Fabrication
We propose a transfer printing method to fabricate polarized-light-emissive OLEDs.To obtain polarized light emission with high emission efficiency,we prepared an ordered PFO-DMP film layer by using anisotropic interfacial effects induced by rubbed self-assembled monolayer (SAM).Due to the low surface energy of the SAM surface,the PFO-DMF film could be easily transferred to the patterned PDMS mold surface without degrading the ordering.Finally,the PFO-DMF film was transferred on a charge transport layer of the OLED structure,of which light emission property of the final device showed highly polarized light emission due to the highly oriented light emissive layer.
