Influence of Inorganic Salts on Concentrations of Different Cr Forms in the Soil
Different soluble inorganic salts were irrigated into batches of soil samples by setting contrastive experiments on the basis of Tessier sequential extraction procedure to study their influences upon Cr forms in the soil.Research shows that all the three salts were able to influence the forms of Cr in the soil:NaCl and Na2CO3 added into the soil increased the contents of exchangeable Cr The higher concentration would result with greater impact, while Na2SO4 decreased it.Carbonate content of Cr was increased by the adding of NaCl and Na2SO4.Na2CO3 can decrease this form slightly. The Fe-Mn oxidation form of Cr remained the original level when NaCl was added in the samples while it increased with the addition of Na2SO4 obviously.Organic Cr and the residual Cr fluctuated slightly at a very high concentration. The total Cr decreased with the additions of three sodium salts.Different kinds of soluble inorganic salts have influences on the concentrations of different forms of Cr.
