Behavior of Water-Dispersible Cdse/Cds/Cdzns Core-Shell-Shell Qds in Simulated Body Fluid

  The water-dispersible CdSe/CdS/CdZnS core-shell-shell QDs were prepared through microwave irradiation technique and characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD),transmission electron microscopy (TEM),High Resolution Transmission Electronic Microscopy (HRTEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS).The epitaxial growth of double-layer shell structure on the surface of CdSe was confirmed.The obtained QDs solutions were incubated at 37℃ in the simulated body fluid (SBF) solution for a certain time,and the temporal evolution of UV-Vis absorption the photoluminescence spectra were also recorded.Additionally,the concentration of cadmium ions released in the SBF solution was also determined using polarograph.
