One Kind of Gas Drainage Pipeline Pressure Relief Explosion Blocking Device Design and Mechanical Analysis
This paper aims to give a new type of project about gas drainage pipeline leakage pressure explosion proof device,and analyze the gas drainage pipe explosion-resistant device type,working principle and their respective advantages and disadvantages which were commonly used by mine in China now.The device were composed of a vacuum chamber,resistance explosive material,temperature and pressure sensor,intelligent block and PLC control cabinet.It had not only a function of gas drainage pipeline explosion suppression,but also played a role in pressure-relievel and decay energy.In this paper,the composition and principle of the device were introduced in details,and the main components of the structure size were considered and the design.Through establish three-dimensional model,analysis the explosion resistance material layer by finite element method,calculation stress change after powered,through analysis simulation results,the device selected porous explosion resistance material is reasonable and feasible.
