Differential Enzyme Responses During Phytoremediation of Pahs-Contaminated Soils
Fluoranthene benzo a pyrene and dibenzo a,h anthracene was selected as target contaminant in the present research. After planting of echinacea purpurea for 60,120,and 150 days,PAHs levels, enzyme activities and physicochemical properties were determined in the polluted soil around Shengli Oilfield in order to understand the mechanisms of the phytoremediation process.
