Distribution Characteristics of Biogenic Elements in Liaohe Estuary Wetland
The biogenic elements in the wetland soil including the organic carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus are important ecological factors of wetland ecosystems, which can be regarded as vital indicators of climate change and eutrophication level in the wetland ecosystems. The spatio-temporal distribution characteristics of biogenic elements in the wetland soil have been concerned more and more.Choosing the Liaohe Estuary Wetland in China as a case, the spatio-temporal distribution characteristics of organic carbon, total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the wetland soil is analyzed in this paper, based on three field investigations conducted in October 2008,May and August 2009 respectively.
