Effect on Soil Microorganism Species to Environmental Materials Under Lead and Cadmium Pollution

Pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of different environmental material(humus materials A(HA),polymer materials B(SAP) silt mineral material C(FS)) and the combinations N1(FS+HA)、N2(SAP+HA)、N3(FS+SAP)、and N(SAP+HA+FS)on maizes growth and soil microorganism of lead (Pb,500 mg.kg-1) and cadmium (Cd,30mg·kg-1)composite pollution. The results indicated that in mature period of maize, the heavy metals Pb and Cd treatment has the negative influence on the growth of bacteria and fungi、actinomycetes,40.3%、84.7%、80.5% compared with blank control group. However, the treatments of SF promoted the growth of bacteria,SAP、FS promoted the growth of fungi,SAP、FS、N promoted the growth of actinomycetes, all better than that of blank control.Bacteria and fungi were both increasing obviously under the combined treatment SF.The results also showed that, the correlation between maize dry mass and the soil fungi was related significantly.
