Measuring Bioavailable Mercury by Diffusive Gradients in Thin Films (DGT)With Binding Phases of Sulfhydryl Dextran Gel (SDG) and Agarose Diffusive Gel in City Sewage
The diffusive gradients in a thin film (DGT) technique is a well-established in situ,time-integrated,passive sampling method that is designed to accumulate dissolved labile species in aquatic environments. The DGT technique with binding phases of sulfhydryl dextran gel (SDG) was investigated and used to measure mercury concentration in water system.
