Study of Indole-3-Acetic Acid (IAA) on Uptake of Fluorescence by Ryegrass

Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are a series of fused aromatic ring compounds and persistent organic pollutants that are widely distributed in soils.Besides,PAHs were reported to be cancer, abnormality and mutation as well as cause the risks for human and ecosystem health.Fluoranthene (Flu) is a 4-ring organic compound and widely exist in nature, which is a typical representative of the blacklist controlled by the EPA.Bioremediation, especially the phytoremediation, has been regarded as a promising alternative approach to soil remediation.Indole-3-acetic acid, which can promote plant resistance and growth of roots and branches, now were used for phytoremediation.
