Acute Ecotoxicity of Pcbs on Earthworm Eisenia Foetida

摘要：

　　In order to derive ecological risk based soil environmental standards for PCBs,acute ecotoxicity of PCBs (PCB28、PCB52、PCB101、PCB118、PCB138、PCB153、PCB 180) on earthworm (Eisenia foetida) exposed to the levels of 0,0.25,0.5,1,5,10 μg/kg was determined using 7-day and 14-day test in different soil (red soil and fluvo-aquic soil).The testing index in earthworm (Eisenia foetida),which included mortality,body weight,superoxide dismutase (SOD),catalase (CAT),malondialdehyde (MDA) and peroxidase(POD),and the damage of DNA.
