Nitrogen Removal Bioreactor and its Microorganisms Analyzed with Molecular Ecology Technique

摘要：

　　A novel aged refuse bioreactor was constructed to treat mature landfill leachate,the pollutants especial nitrogen removal efficiency of the bioreactor as well as its microbial community were investigated.The results showed that the bioreactor could remove the total nitrogen of mature landfill leachate more than 96% under the nitrogen loading rate (NLR) of 0.74 g/kg (vs).d,the total nitrogen removal rate dropped to 62.2% with NLR rose to 2.03 g/kg (vs).d.
