Fast Qualification Testing for SSL System
This paper will first presents a review on the current methods for predicting and measuring the lumen deprecation over time of LEDs products.Furthermore,our effort,using this knowledge,in reducing the testing duration of the energy star methods will be presented.This reduction can be achieved using temperature acceleration testing through Arrhenius relationship.Using this methodology,the testing duration can be reduced from 6000 hrs to about 2000 hrs can be achieved.
