Scholarly Impact Assessment of Academic Literature in Online Environment:Index System Construction

　　This paper is focused on building an index system for evaluating scholarly impact of academic literature in online environment.Based on a summarization of previous research,the principles,methods and procedure for building such an index system are discussed.The factors influencing the formation of the scholarly impact are then analyzed and their meanings for scholarly impact evaluation are explicated.Subsequently,the index system is modeled from both theoretical and practical aspects.Finally,by analyzing the data collected from questionnaires,the judgment matrices are generated,their consistencies are tested,and the weights of criteria in the hierarchical index model are determined.
