An Objective Quantized Evaluation of Sci-tech Innovation Ability

摘要：

　　We obtain the influence coefficient and originality coefficient of the scientific and technological achievements by the analysis of the scientific and technological data; as well as begin from the opinion that the scientific study hand the technology exploration have the same status in humans development to set up the corresponding relation between the research achievement evaluation and the exploration achievement evaluation determinated by objective data relationship,and then equally integrate the scientific study innovation ability evaluation and the technology exploration innovation ability evaluation as the sci-tech innovation ability evaluation.
